In a press release yesterday, the North Carolina Courage announced their 32-player preseason roster for the 2023 National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) season just a day ahead of their Mexico-based friendly against Rayadas de Monterrey on March 9.
Currently, the Cary, NC based Courage are in a two-week training trip to Mexico that culminates in an international friendly against Rayadas de Monterrey. Courage fans can tune into the match via the NC Courage Live webpage at https://www.nccourage.com/live/. The international friendly kicks off at 9:00 pm ET tonight.
Both recent international signed players, Denmark’s Mille Gejl Jensen and Japan’s Narumi Miura have been able to join the Courage mid-camp.
The 32-player roster consists of 22 contracted players, four 2023 draftees and six non-roster invitees.
