The Saturday, May 1, 2021 match was the fourth and final Challenge Cup match for the Courage, and the second of two home matches at Sahlen’s Stadium at WakeMed Soccer Park. The match concluded with a scoreless 0-0 draw. Carson Pickett came away with the Player of the match, and the COurage ended the group stage of the 2021 Challenge Cup with a 2-1-1 record.
The Courage now are back in full training mode before playing OL Reign next Saturday, May 15 at Cheney Stadium in Tacoma, Washington. The regular-season home opener for the Courage is on May 22, 2021, 7:00 pm ET where they’ll again face Orlando.
